The Company was incorporated on 16th November 2016 with Registrar of Companies Karnataka.
Our Mission
Nidhi Company is a type of Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC). It is formed to borrow and lend money to its members. It inculcates the habit of saving among its members and works on the principle of mutual benefit. These companies typically operate in the southern part of the country. Nidhi Company isn’t required to receive the license from Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

Sunil is also a Managing Director at VEER GLOBAL HUB, a leading broker in the market for CFD’s, stocks, options, currencies and commodities. The company specializes in financial products trading on OTC markets. He is a Promoter and Director of Kingsman Solutions Nidhi Limited and leads technical activities for customers and guides individuals and business to achieve their financial goals . Sunil has worked with many National and Pvt Sector Banks and provides portfolio management assistance to many banks currently.
Shaili Kansara Director & CFO
Shaili is a Chartered Accountant by profession and carries various areas of experience for more than 11 years. She got associated with Kingsman Solution Pvt Ltd. as CEO in the year 2016. She carries experience to work with Resolve Business Services, (Group company of Tally Solutions) and has handled accounting, compliance, process management and fund management activities for Unitus Capital (UCPL), Social Venture Partners (SVP – Ravi Venkatasan’s venture – ex board member of Infosys and Microsoft), Alpha Real Capital and trusts like Mentor Together, TTK Rotary – Bangalore. Her versatile experience in various fields like Accounts, Compliance Management, Business Operations, Various kinds of Audits, Financial Controller.
